1-on-1 or small team meetings to help foster inclusive spaces and address any issues in regards to the inclusion and safety of LGBTQIA+ individuals. 

This can look like:

• Expanding resources for referral
• Assessing administrative practices and policies
• Seeking guidance on new project, programs, or events
• Assessing spaces and policy for issues with LGBTQIA+ exclusion or discrimination
• Creating services and organizations for LGBTQIA+ folks, such as:
  • support groups
  • GSA's and youth groups
  • student clubs and organizations

Education & Training

Medium-to-Large team education and training settings focusing on LGBTQIA+ inclusion, dignity, and safety in a number of professional or private contexts. (60-90 minutes)

• LGBTQIA+-Inclusive and Gender-Affirming Services:
  • ​Mental Health
  • Medical Care
  • Education / Academic settings
  • Administrative spaces
  • Social services and supports
  • Community Spaces
  • Students' Unions
• Introductory courses on gender and sexuality for:
  • Youth, parents, & families
  • Community groups or organizations
  • Businesses and service providers
  • Academic: K-12 & post-secondary

Program Planning;
​Content & Resource Development

Hands-on assistance in planning and executing programs, projects, and services in relation to the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals. Also, developing resources for LGBTQIA+ service users or training materials for service providers.

Rates & Fees

​Consulting

One-time engagments:
​$100 per session (maximum 2 hours)
+ $40/hour for research and preparation

Long-term engagements:
$40/hour (meetings, research, content development, etc.)

​+travel expenses for presentations or services delivered more then 20km outside of Lethbridge, AB. 
​(virtual delivery does not include travel fees)

​Education & Training

$200 per session for up to 30 attendees.

$300 per session for  up to 60 attendees

$400 per sessions for workshops or conferences (70 or more attendees)

+40/hr for development of content that is specifically tailored to  your organization (requiring audits of policies. methods, and procedures, consultation with team members, on-site visits,etc.)
